Import duties & taxes
Your order is shipped from Germany, and shipping is free. Clothing is not subject to customs duty in Switzerland. On import, Swiss VAT of 8.1% may be charged, plus a clearance fee from the carrier; both are settled on delivery.

• Delivery takes place Monday to Saturday.
• Shipping is carried out via DHL.
• Estimated transit time: 2–7 business days. Customs clearance and processing by local authorities may extend the delivery time.
• When using our voluntary return option, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If you choose bank transfer (prepayment), you will receive a 5% discount. After completing your order, we will provide you with our bank details (IBAN and BIC). These are also available as a QR code for convenient payment via your banking app.
Alternatively, you can also pay directly using your PayPal account. After completing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal where you can log in and complete the payment.
PayPal payment request
After placing your order, you will receive a PayPal payment request immediately – the payment link is included in your order confirmation. You can pay right away, even without a PayPal account (credit or debit card, Apple Pay). Payment is due within 7 days. Only the invoice amount is transmitted.
Your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club...) is processed by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. A Stripe account is not required.
Your card details are transmitted to Stripe in encrypted form only and are never stored in our shop. If your bank requires it, you will be redirected to its secure authentication procedure (3-D Secure).
With Apple Pay you pay on your iPhone, iPad or Mac using Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode, without leaving our shop. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; your card details are not passed on to us.
With Google Pay you pay using a card stored in your Google account, without leaving our shop. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; your card details are not passed on to us.
