Submit a Return Request

You can use the form on this page to submit a return request. This is not described as a statutory cancellation merely because you have changed your mind. We voluntarily allow returns within 100 days after receipt, subject to the conditions in our return policy.

After receiving your request, we will send you further information by email. You arrange and pay for return shipping yourself; we do not provide a prepaid return label.

Your mandatory rights and remedies for defective, damaged, incorrectly described or otherwise non-compliant goods remain unaffected.
