There is no general statutory right to return goods merely because you have changed your mind. Independently of your mandatory consumer rights, we voluntarily allow you to return goods within 100 days after receipt.
For a voluntary return, the goods must only have been tried on and must be in perfect condition. Please contact us before returning anything. You arrange and pay for return shipping yourself; we do not provide a prepaid return label.
This voluntary policy does not exclude, restrict or replace any mandatory rights you may have if goods are defective, damaged, incorrectly described or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer law. Return costs that we must bear under mandatory law are not shifted to you.
