Shipment outside the European union

Although we ship free of charge, various fees such as customs duties may have to be paid to the authorities of the destination country for deliveries to non-EU countries. These fees to be paid locally by the recipient of the shipment are not part of our free shipping.

When delivering goods outside the European union, we are obliged to provide information on the contents of the shipment, which may include: also allows faster processing of customs clearance and forwarding to you. The information we provide about the shipment is printed on the shipping label and includes a general description of the content (e.g., "underwear"), quantity, value, weight and country of origin of the goods.
